Bishop Heber M. Brown II was elected and consecrated the 1st Bishop of the Praise Covenant Interdenominational Fellowship on the twenty-second of July 2001 . He serves as pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church of Baltimore County, MD and Brown's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, Newark, NJ.
Bishop Phillip O. Thomas is a native son of Baltimore, Maryland. He relocated to Fairfax County, Virginia in 1979 and has served as senior pastor of the Highview Christian Fellowship Church since October 1997
